1. PRESENTATION OF THE COMPETITION:

After a year of absence in which the competition did not take place, in 2025 we return with a new edition of SCNEF1 for Codemasters’ F1 25. For the past few weeks, we have been working to prepare a different competition, but one that keeps the same essence SCNEF1 has always had. As always, our goal is to have fun, bring out the competitive side of all our participants, and enjoy what unites us… Formula 1!

For those who don’t know us, we are FFC Series, organizers and creators of SCNEF1, a team-based competition on F1 Codemasters. The history of SCNEF1 dates back to February 2016, when the first edition was held, and continues to this day. During this time, more than 130 races and 18 seasons have taken place. Gather your drivers, team up with your teammates, because Season XIX is here!

2. SEASON XVIII FORMAT:

  • This has been the regulations approved by the organization and stewards of FFC Series for this new season:

    SEASON 19 REGULATIONS

(Remember that these regulations may change before the start of the season and during it)
  • The SCNEF1 will be held with the Crossplay function activated, therefore, the teams may be made up of drivers from all the platforms where a copy of Codemasters F1 25 has been released
  • Season XIX will have ten qualifying rounds, in addition to the traditional PreQ to decide which teams qualify for the finals.
  • SCNEF1 T.XIX will be held between October 2025 and February 2026. The PR will be held on 11 September and will conclude on 11 February with the last race.
  • The competition will be held on Wednesdays at 21:00 (Madrid time, Spain).
  • As in all editions, the current champions have a reserved place in SCNEF1 without having to pass the PR, for this occasion this team will be FFC Team (SCNEF1 Season 18 Champion).
  • Regarding the configuration of the host, no driving assistance will be allowed, the classifications will last 18 minutes and races will last 50%.
  • All races will be streaming on our Twitch channel.
  • As always in our competitions we are committed to all the participants in carrying out a fair, honest and quality competition.

3. NEWS FOR THIS SEASON:

  • The admins have decided that from this season onwards there will be one season per simulator, so this will be the only SCNEF1 season we will have with F1 25.
  • There will be a prize pool of €150, with FFC Series contributing €50 and the participating teams €10 per team, making a total of €150.
  • In order to maintain the quality of our competition, a commitment deposit will once again be required from the participating teams. This year, the amount will be €10. The commitment deposits are refunded at the end of the season, provided that a series of requirements—outlined in the regulations—have been met.
  • Some modifications have been made to the regulations compared to previous seasons.

  • As there is only one season per simulator, we have increased the number of qualifying races in the championship from eight to ten.
  • Compared to previous SCNEF1 editions, we have removed the limitation on drivers per race—now a driver may compete in all races if the team so wishes. Also, in order to make the competition more dynamic, the transfer windows have been increased from two to four.
  • The Prequaly undergoes a slight change: starting this season, it will be held in both dry and intermediate rain conditions on the same circuit.

4. PREQ:

The PreQ or abbreviated PR is the moment where the teams play their qualification to the final phase of the competition. If the champion team from the previous season is entered, the 9 best teams from this event will qualify for the finals.

The current champion of the competition is exempt from participating in this test, since their status as champion automatically classifies them to the final phase. We remind once again that this team is: FFC Team (SCNEF1 Champion).

This season, the Prequaly will take place at the Red Bull Ring circuit (Austria). Both sessions will be held as 30-minute practice sessions. Teams must send two drivers to the test: one will compete in dry conditions and the other in intermediate rain conditions.

We recommend that you fully inform yourself about how the PR works in the competition regulations, consulting Point 10 and annexes.
